Before you begin, please ensure that:
- You have your mobile phone with you
- you're a pay monthly Vodafone mobile contract customer (note that business contract customers are not eligible for Vodafone At Home)
- You have a valid credit or debit card with you to make the initial payment
- You have your bank account details with you to set up a direct debit for the ongoing monthly payments (you must be the account holder or have authority over the account)
Are you moving from another broadband provider? If so, you'll need your Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) from them. Check our list to find the contact details for your existing provider.
