TopUp Direct lets you top up you phone straight from your bank account.

Just register your account details with us and you can use TopUp Direct to top up your phone – and the Pay as you talk phones of up to three other people.

How can I top up?

There are three ways to top up your phone using TopUp Direct.

You can:

  • login to My Account
  • send a text message
  • or set up a weekly or monthly TopUp, so you’ve always got credit on your phone.

How do I set it up?

If you’ve registered for My Account, you can set up TopUp Direct right now.

To do this you’ll need :

  • your bank account details
  • a debit or credit card (in case we can’t collect a TopUp payment by direct debit)
  • and a valid email address.

We’ll keep your details secure – and we’ll give you a 4 digit PIN to top up by sending a text.
