We offer a wide range of services that have been designed to help you get the most out of your mobile phone. Here are just some of them.
Vodafone Voicemail is an answering service for your mobile phone. If someone calls and you don't answer, even if your mobile is switched off, Voicemail will record a message and then tell you there’s a message waiting.
Vodafone Mail lets you check your voicemail, email and fax messages in the same place. You can have your email and voicemail messages read to you or, if you prefer, see them on the screen of a compatible mobile phone or by using the web.
If you miss a call and find that the caller didn’t leave a message, call 1471 from your mobile and you'll hear a message telling you the phone number that called you. Alternatively, call *#147# to see the number on your screen.
There are a number of different ways for you to send and receive emails.
A BlackBerry is a handheld device with a small built–in keyboard. It will tell you when you get a new email so you don’t need to keep checking. It can also be used for phone calls, for text messages and for browsing the internet.
If you prefer to use a laptop, the Vodafone Mobile Connect card gives you a wireless internet connection.
If you find it difficult to use a phonebook or can’t find one, use our Directory Assistance service. We can either tell you the number you’re looking for, or we can connect you directly.
Your price plan determines how much you pay for the calls you make and the services you use.
There are two types of price plan – pay monthly (get a bill each month) and pay as you go (prepay). Within each type there are many to choose from.
If you need to contact the emergency services, it’s as easy as sending a text to 999. This service is designed for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, and it’s free to use.
Before you can use this service, you need to register your phone.
