Good news – for the first time, we’re about to bring you everything you love about the Internet, wherever you want it, on your mobile phone.

Not only will you be able to get all your favourites from Vodafone live!, including sports, news, games and music, you’ll also be able to enjoy a fuller Internet experience. Google, eBay, MySpace, YouTube, the BBC – whatever you’re into, and whichever Internet sites you like to use, it’ll all be there in one place, on your phone whenever you need it.

So if you’re out and about, wherever you are and whenever you like, you’ll be able to make the most of every moment with the Mobile Internet.

New charges will apply for this new service and for Vodafone live! from 1 June 2007. Please take a couple of minutes to read about them.

From 1 June 2007, access to your new Mobile Internet service (combining Vodafone live! and the rest of the Mobile Internet) will be charged the same way.

Here are the main changes:

• We want to bring you pricing that works across the whole Mobile Internet. So, because Vodafone live! is part of the Mobile Internet, there will be a charge for browsing Vodafone live! However, you can still visit the Vodafone live! homepage for free.
• For no more than £1 a day, you’ll be able to surf pretty much to your heart’s content – right across Vodafone live! and the rest of the Mobile Internet – with up to 15MB of usage every day. This means you’ll be able to click through approximately 600 pages, from sites like eBay and MySpace, all of them specifically built to give you the very best experience on your mobile. Alternatively, you could stream 15 minutes of video for the same price.
• But don’t worry if you only want to check a few pages for football results or news stories. £1 is not a minimum daily charge. If you view less, you’ll only pay for what you use. For instance, clicking through five made-for-mobile pages will only cost around 25p.
• You’ll most likely find that 15MB a day is plenty. However, it’s possible that if you use the service a great deal and spend lots of time downloading or streaming lots of video clips or music, you may use more than 15MB in a day. If you do, you’ll pay £2 per extra MB or you could choose our new Mobile Internet pack that’s coming soon. That way, you’ll be able to pay for your Mobile Internet usage with a monthly subscription, just like you do with your home PC. • Making these changes to our prices will allow you to experience much more of the Mobile Internet for much less. Before, you would have paid £2.35 for each MB – but from June, you’ll only pay £1 for the first 15MB you use per day and £2 per MB thereafter. So you could view up to 30 times as many pages for the same price.
• If you don’t access the Mobile Internet at all, you won’t be charged a penny.

All the great stuff on Vodafone live! will still be there for you to enjoy. And even better, we’re making sure that the homepage for our new Mobile Internet service will be free to visit too.

From 1 June 2007, Extras packs will be just for texts. This makes them much more straightforward – because you’ll know exactly how many texts you have as part of your pack.

All these changes are happening because we want to make Internet access from your mobile easy.

The £1 per day charge and monthly data subscription cannot be used for Voice Over IP services such as Skype, or Peer-to-Peer communication services such as instant messaging or file sharing. These services are charged separately at £2 per MB, with a 5p minimum charge for each data session. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
