Mobile Internet Tour Terms and Conditions

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding Vodafone employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. To enter the draw you need to send a text message to the short code number which will be given out by staff as part of the Vodafone Mobile Internet demonstrations, taking place across the UK between 16th June 2008 – 31st August 2008. By sending this text you agree to these terms and conditions and to being contacted by Vodafone for marketing purposes. Texts to this short code are FREE and must be received before 6pm to be eligible for that day’s draw. You can only enter one of the Vodafone Mobile Internet Demonstrations prize draws and can only enter once per draw. On receipt your details will be entered into the daily draw. You’ll receive a confirmatory text of your entry. There will be 1 draw and 1 winner per day of Vodafone Mobile Internet demonstrations, Winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by phone, SMS or email within 48 hours of the draw. In the event that we are unable to contact you after 3 attempts at reasonable intervals we will draw a replacement winner. Vodafone’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. A list of winners’ names can be obtained by emailing VMI@ignition-inc.com . The terms and conditions of any tickets will apply. Vodafone is not responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control which may result in postponement or cancellation of the event to which the prizes relate. In the event of a change in date, winners will have their tickets re-allocated to the new date where possible. In the event of a cancellation, or Vodafone being unable to fulfil the prize, the winner will be offered a cash equivalent of £250 for the full prize. Otherwise, no cash or other alternative in whole or part is available and all prizes are non-transferable. If the winner is unable to attend on the dates specified, the prize will be reallocated to the next eligible winner. Winners will be expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
