BlackBerry® Storm™ Instant Win and Prize Draw terms and conditions

1.Entrants: These Instant Win and Prize Draw promotions are open to you if: (i) you can comply with these terms and conditions; and (ii) you have received an MMS Newsletter, Value Statement or E-Newsletter from the Promoter. The Instant Win and Prize Draw exclude Vodafone employees or employees of agencies associated with the promotion. Entrants may enter as many times as they want, but can only win once (Instant Win winners will not be entered into the Prize Draw).

2.Standard text costs apply for entry and no purchase is necessary.

3.Entry Open Dates; Instant Win - Between 00.01am on 20 February 2009 and 11.59pm on 27 February 2009. Prize Draw – Between 00.01am on 20 February 2009 and 11:59 11 March 2009.

4.The Prizes: Instant Win - 5 x BlackBerry® Storm™ mobile phones including a year’s BlackBerry® subscription. Prize Draw - 28 x BlackBerry® Storm™ mobile phones including a year’s BlackBerry® subscription. Prizes for the Instant Win and Prize Draw do not include a Vodafone SIM, contract or text/minute package. BlackBerry® subscription subject to availability and status.

5.To Enter: Instant Win - Selected Vodafone contract customers will be sent the February E-newsletter. Customers can enter the competition by texting WIN to 61500. Entrants will receive a link to the WAP site. Click the link to enter the WAP site by 11.59pm on 27 February 2009 to see if you are an instant winner of a BlackBerry® Storm™. If the winners of the Instant Win competition do not click through to the wap site before 11:59pm on 27 February 2009 they forfeit their right to their prize. Prize Draw – If you entered the Instant Win and were unsuccessful you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

6.Winning Entries: Instant Win - The 5 recipients of the MMS message will have been previously randomly and securely selected to have a winning WAP link by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Prize Draw - The 28 winners for the Prize Draw will be selected at random by PromoVeritas to be conducted from all eligible entries on March 12 2009.

7.Claiming a Prize: Instant Win - Entrants who clicked through to the WAP site and have a winning web link will receive an appropriate “Win” message and will be contacted by the Promoter by phone [on or] before 20 March 2009 to obtain delivery and personal details. Prize Draw - Winners will be notified by phone before 20 March 2009. If any winners of the Instant Win or Prize Draw cannot be contacted by 30 March 2009 or prizes have not been claimed by 30 March 2009, then the prize award will be void and the prize reallocated.

8.Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available.

9.Please allow up to 28 days from notification for delivery of the prize. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed entries or any technical difficulties affecting the end result of the promotions or the entry to the promotion. Promoter disclaims any responsibility for any damage caused to the prize upon or during its delivery to the winner.

10.Winners may be required to take part in internal and external publicity. Entrant’s names may be published by Vodafone, without approval or compensation, for any purpose.
