BS25999 – our quality standard
We’re the first mobile network operator in the world to receive BS25999 certification for 3G voice and mobile broadband services.
That’s not all. We’re also the only operator to be awarded this standard for our 2G network – putting us miles ahead when it comes to network reliability.

BS25999 certification is the international standard for business continuity management. It’s awarded by BSI Management Systems, one of the world’s largest certification bodies. And it shows that our business continuity plans and processes are in line with global best practice.
We’ve done it again. Vodafone UK has become the first mobile network operator in the world to receive BS25999 certification for 3G voice and mobile broadband services.
