Your price plan guide is the best place to find out all the details of call charges, including using your phone abroad. All listed prices include VAT. If you’ve got questions or don’t have the guide, call 191 or 2345 from your mobile or 08700 77 66 55 from any other phone. (You’ll be charged at your telephone provider’s published rate). Calls to automated help lines including 191 and 2345 are free when you call on your mobile within the UK. If you speak to an adviser, it will cost 25p.
You’ll pay daytime rates 7:30am – 7:30pm and evening rates run from 7:30pm – 7:30am Monday to Friday. And you get weekend rates all day Saturday and Sunday—no matter what time it is. We count a day as midnight to midnight.
All the charges detailed in this piece are per minute and cover calls to landlines with a geographic STD code, Voicemail, calls to other Vodafone mobiles and UK mobile networks within the United Kingdom (excluding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) unless we’ve said otherwise.
We charge each call by the second, except for some roaming calls, and round
up to the next whole pence. There’s a minimum call charge of 15p.
You don’t have to pay for receiving calls except when you roam on a foreign network. Then you’ll pay for the international leg of calls that you receive while abroad.
Calls from a fixed line or other mobile network to your phone are set by the other network operator.

Premium rate, international, text messages sent and received while abroad, reverse charged and long text messages are not included in the standard rates so additional charges may apply. Sending text messages to a non-UK based phone costs 24p per message.
The cost for sending a text message is deducted from your text pack shortly after it’s sent. Delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
