Kaiser Chiefs Gig access promotion terms and conditions

Open to UK resident Vodafone customers aged 18 or over, excluding Vodafone employees, their families, affiliated companies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

You must have been invited by Vodafone to enter the draw, and must not have given or been given notice of disconnection from the Vodafone network on the date of the draw to be eligible to enter.

If your phone/phone bill is paid for by your employer, you’ll need their consent to enter the draw.

To enter, send an SMS containing only the word “Chiefs” to the short code 97925 between 00:01 on Friday 24th August 2007 and 23.59 on Wednesday 29th August 2007 ("the Promotional Period").

Only one entry per customer.

SMS sent to the short code 97925 are free of charge.

Draw will take place by 2nd September 2007. If you’re one of the first 5 names selected at random you’ll win one of the “Hero” prizes. 300 runners up will each win a pair of tickets to the gig on 9th September 2007.

The “Hero” prize includes a pair of tickets to the gig, one nights accommodation, return transport between the concert venue and hotel, a Meet and Greet session with the band and a signed photograph

Runner up prizes exclude accommodation, travel to the venue, the Meet and Greet session with the band and the signed photograph

The prize is for the winner and one guest only.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Winners of the “Hero” prizes will be contacted by phone, and runners up by SMS, by the 4th September 2007. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw prizes if winners cannot be contacted within 3 attempts.

Winners must be available on the dates specified by the promoter or may forfeit the prize.

Artist, venue and date are subject to change. Exact gig details will be confirmed to the winners before the event. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize should this become necessary and to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

Winners and guests may be required to take part in publicity and must comply with all terms and conditions of entry to the venue.

The Winners’ names can be obtained by sending an SAE marked “Vodafone Gig Access Promotion” to the Promoter at the address below between 5th September 2007 and 30th September 2007.
