MusicStation on Vodafone comprises services provided to you by, respectively, Vodafone Limited and Omnifone Group Limited (“Omnifone”). Access to MusicStation via Vodafone requires a compatible handset and depends on handset capability and network availability. By accessing MusicStation you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can also be viewed and printed on the Vodafone web site or you can request a copy by calling Vodafone customer service on 191 from your mobile.
MusicStation is only for personal non-commercial use. Vodafone Limited is providing services which enable you to access MusicStation via the Vodafone network. This data service is subject to our fair use policy. If, in Vodafone’s reasonable opinion, your use is excessive, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If after we have informed you to moderate your usage, you fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at your price plan's standard rate or to suspend or terminate your service in accordance with your airtime contract.
Roaming charges apply for data usage when accessing the service from abroad (charged in accordance with your price plan). Additional information can be found in the Going Abroad section of the Vodafone web site.
This Contract is with Omnifone Ltd, PO Box 47132, London, W6 0NT, United Kingdom (“Omnifone”) which is providing MusicStation to you via Vodafone. Vodafone Limited (“Vodafone”) will provide customer services in relation to MusicStation as an agent of Omnifone.
References below to “we” or “us” will be read as references to Omnifone.
You can contact Omnifone customer services by calling 191 from your mobile or by telephoning 08700 700191 if you’re a pay monthly customer, or 08700 776655 if you’re a Pay as you go customer (you’ll be charged at your telephone provider’s published rate). Calls by Pay as you go customers to automated help lines including 191 are free when you call on your mobile within the UK, if you speak to an adviser, it will cost 25p.

Omnifone is not responsible for your mobile phone, the mobile network provided by Vodafone, or the data services necessary to access MusicStation, which are provided by Vodafone under separate contracts. By using this service you agree that Omnifone may use and share information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
