November e-newsletter – December bill prize draw

1. Entrants must be 18 or over and a Vodafone pay monthly customer living in the UK. The Prize Draw is not open to anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Only 1 entry per customer.

3. To enter you need to text the word LUCKY to 97886. This is a free text and your entry will be confirmed by receipt.

4. Your entry must be received by 23.45 on 21 December 2008 to be included in the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or not received.

5. Prize is the value of the winner’s Vodafone mobile phone bill for the period of 1 December to 31 December 2008 up to a maximum value of [£75 or £150 for Best Care customers] including VAT. There will be [ten prizes of £75 and ten prizes for Best Care customers].

6. The amount will be credited to the winner’s Vodafone account balance in either their January 2009 or February 2009 bill, depending on when their next bill is produced .

7. The winner will be selected at random from all entries and notified by a phone call by January 7th 2009.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

10. By entering the draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
