HTC Magic Summer Roaming Prize Draw

1. The Summer Roaming Prize Draw (Prize Draw) is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding Vodafone employees, agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw runs from 12th June – 31st July 2009 (Promotional Period). One entry per person.

2. To enter the Prize Draw you need to give your full name, address, mobile number, network operator, type of mobile agreement (pay as you go / contract including contract end date) and email address. (Your Details) to the Vodafone representative and they will enter Your
Details into their HTC Magic phone.

3. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Prize: £5,000 of lastminute.com holiday vouchers. The Prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. Vodafone is not responsible for failing to fulfil any element of the Prize where such failure is due to events beyond its control.

5. There will only be one winner. The winner will be drawn by an independent person on 1ST August 2009 and will be contacted by phone, SMS or email within 48 hours of the draw. In the event that we are unable to contact the winner or there is no response after three attempts at reasonable intervals we will draw a replacement winner.

6. The winner’s name is available on request by sending an SAE to Summer Roaming Marketing Prize Draw at the address provided below before 30th September 2009.

7. By providing Your Details, you agree to being contacted by Vodafone in relation to the Prize Draw. You also agree that we can keep you up-to-date on offers and services from Vodafone that we think will be relevant to you.

8. Vodafone will not share Your Details with any third parties except where: a) we are required by law or court order to do so, or b) where we suspect that Vodafone has been the victim of criminal activity.

9. The winner may be required to take part in publicity.

10. Vodafone is not responsible for any entry that is not received for any reason. Vodafone's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
