The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Vodafone Bonus Bank promotion (the “Promotion”). It is also important that you read the Vodafone Bonus Bank FAQ section which provides useful information on the Promotion.

This Promotion will commence on 29th July 2009 and continue until ended by Vodafone.

For more information on how to opt-in to the Promotion, please see the FAQ section on vodafone.co.uk. By opting-in to the Promotion you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Information

1. The Promotion is available to Vodafone Pay as You Go customers only and can be used with other pay as you go promotions. The Promotion is not available to customers on other price plans.

How to qualify for the Promotion

2. From the time you opt in to the Promotion each time you TopUp we will deposit a bonus of 10% of the value of that TopUp in your Bonus Bank (“Bonus”). For example, if you TopUp by £10.00 Vodafone will add an extra £1.00 into your Bonus Bank.

3. Free airtime or free promotional TopUp offered by Vodafone is not eligible under the Promotion.

Redemption & Rewards

4. You may only hold a Bonus credit up to the value of £200 in your Bonus Bank at any one time. If you have reached this limit, you will not receive any Bonus for future TopUps until you have redeemed any existing Bonus in your Bonus Bank.

5. Your Bonus is for your personal non-commercial use and cannot be transferred. Your Bonus may only be earned and redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. You must have opted-in for the Promotion for a minimum of 3 months before you can redeem your Bonus. To redeem against rewards, you must have a minimum of £5 in your Bonus Bank.

7. You must use your Bonus within 12 months of being added to your Bonus Bank. If you fail to use your Bonus within 12 months it will automatically expire. Older accumulated Bonus will be used first when redeeming against rewards.

8. You can choose to use your Bonus as a discount (in whole or in part) against Airtime or handsets in a Vodafone store or on vodafone.co.uk. Your Bonus cannot be redeemed against goods /services which are not supplied by Vodafone. If you migrate to any Pay Monthly tariff, your Bonus balance will be credited against your first or second bill up to the value of £100. If you migrate to a Business tariff, your Bonus will automatically expire.

9. Unless we tell you otherwise, free TopUp may not qualify for a Bonus. If you redeem your Bonus as Airtime and are overdrawn using Vodafone IOU, Vodafone will collect the service fee and pay back the outstanding amount from the TopUp.

10. Unless we tell you otherwise, the Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bonus in your Bonus Bank will not be redeemed for cash or any other kind of credit other than expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Amending, or withdrawing the Promotion

11. Vodafone reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this Promotion at its sole discretion. Vodafone may also change the value of the Bonus or the rewards available for redemption, from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice when we intend to change or withdraw this Promotion.

12. If we withdraw the Promotion, you will have 1 month following the end of the Promotion to redeem any Bonus in your Bonus Bank. Any unused Bonus following this date will automatically expire.

13. If you withdraw from the Promotion or disconnect from the Vodafone network, the balance of your Bonus will automatically expire.
