PRIZE DRAW RULES FOR ASHES 2009 MOBILE TV COMPETITION
1. This prize draw is not open to employees of Promoter, it’s affiliated companies, agencies or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw.
2. To enter you must (i) have subscribed to Sky News and Sky Sports pack during the prize draw promotion period; (ii) be at least 18 years old; and (iii) reside in the United Kingdom.
3. Limited to one entry per person.
4. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost or not received for any reason.
5. The prize is 2 standard tickets to the Ashes test match between England and Australia (each winner will receive 2 standard tickets for one day between 8th July to 20th August 2009).
6. There are a total of 5 pairs of tickets to be won. 1 pair of tickets available for each of the following days– 8th July, 16th July, 30th July, 7th August and 20th August 2009.
7. The prize draw opens on 24thJune 2009 at 09.00am and closes on 13th August 2009 at 09.00am. Winners for each pair of tickets will be selected at random 7 days before the first day of each test and contacted by mobile phone. If no response is received within 3 calls, a new winner will be drawn. This will continue until a winner has been contacted.
8. The winner must confirm that they are able to attend the prize within 24 hours of being notified. If the prize is for the winner plus a guest, the winner must provide their guest’s name and mobile number within 24 hours of being notified.
9. Promoter will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the prize draw stated but cannot be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond Promoter’s control.
10. The prize is subject to availability and confirmation and in the event that the prize is not available, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered as a replacement.
11. Winners will be chosen by Promoter at random from all valid entries and notified via telephone.
12. The prize does not include travel expenses & accommodation. This is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest.
13. In the event that any winner is unable to participate in the prize for any reason they must notify Promoter immediately. In this circumstance, Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
15. Promoter will not take responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, or injury, including death, other than due to negligence, while travelling to or from the promotion or during the event.
16. Winners accept that the prize could be rescheduled, cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of Promoter.
17. Winners and guests may be required to take part in publicity and must comply with all terms and conditions of entry to the respective cricket ground venues.
18. For the winners’ name and county send a stamped SAE to Promoter at Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN.
19. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
