1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the receipt and delivery of the notifications and updates via text message only. For the avoidance of doubt Vodafone is not providing, and is not responsible for, the content of the notifications.
2. Charges
2.1 If you are a Vodafone customer one text message will be taken from your text bundle (if you have one) for each message sent to Twitter. If you do not have a text bundle you will be charged at your standard text message rate. There is no charge for receiving updates subject to fair usage (see 3 below).
2.2 This service is restricted to use in the UK. Sending updates to Twitter whilst abroad will be charged at your standard roaming rate.
3. Fair Usage
3.1 There is no charge for receiving updates from Twitter via text message but this is subject to a fair use limit of 500 messages per user per month. If you are abusing the service or consistently exceeding this limit, we may ask you to moderate your behaviour and in extreme cases, we may block your use of the Twitter text message service.
4. General
4.1 By linking your Twitter account & Vodafone mobile number, you’re agreeing to receive adverts related to Vodafone services in Twitter updates. If you want to stop receiving adverts, you will need to switch off the Twitter updates by sending STOP to 86444.
