TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Free Facebook Promotion (Promotion) is available to all Vodafone customers. The Promotion will run from 0.00 24 July until 23.59 30 July 2009 (Promotional Period).

2. During the Promotional Period all Vodafone customers who access Facebook via Vodafone Mobile Internet and Vodafone Mobile Broadband will not pay any data charges and it will not count towards your data allowance. Customers who have set up a private apn may not be able to take part in the Promotion and Facebook will be chargeable at the standard rate.

3. Only the Facebook site (www.facebook.com / x.facebook.com / m.facebook.com) is free. All other sites are charged at your standard rate.

4. The Promotion is for use in the UK only. Any data used outside the UK will be charged at the standard data roaming rate for that country.

5. The Promotion is for private non-commercial use only. No cash alternative will be offered.

6. All data usage is subject to Vodafone’s fair use policy. If we believe your use is excessive, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you then fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at your price plan's standard rate and/or remove you from the Promotion.

7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
