Terms and Conditions of Use

1. When you buy a Vodafone Built-in Mobile Broadband Module with your Dell laptop before September 30th you receive a 60 Day Free Vodafone Mobile Broadband Trial (“Free Trial”).

2. The terms of the Free Trial form an agreement with you and Vodafone Limited (“Vodafone”, “us”, “we”) which is made up of:

a. these terms and conditions;

b. the Airtime Agreement ; and

c. the Mobile Broadband Price Plan Terms

(“Agreement”)

3. This Agreement will last for a period of 60 days starting the day after you place your order for your Dell Laptop. If you choose to take part in the Free Trial you agree to terms of the Agreement.

4. At the end of the 60 day trial period the Agreement will automatically come to an end and the Built-in Mobile Broadband service will be disconnected unless prior to this date you contact us to arrange subscription to one of the available data price plans.

5. The Free Trial is free of charge and is limited to one trial per customer per laptop device. You must not remove the built-in SIM card or use or attempt to use it in any other mobile device.

6. Vodafone Built-in Mobile Broadband is subject to a data allowance of 3GB for each 30 day period for the duration of the Free Trial. The data allowance is restricted to use in the UK only.

7. If, in Vodafone’s reasonable opinion, you are abusing the service in any way, such as exceeding the data allowance, we may ask you to moderate your usage and in extreme cases, may block your access to data services or disconnect you.

8. When you sign up to the Free Trial, Dell will provide Vodafone with your details. By participating in the Free Trial you agree that we may use your details to contact you by telephone and email about Vodafone products and services.

9. Maximum speeds of up to 7.2Mbps (dependent on device) are available in selected areas of the UK within Vodafone's HSDPA network in the UK, although speeds can vary significantly.
