Vodafone Free Friday F1 Terms

The following terms govern the participation of customers in the Vodafone Free Friday F1 Promotion:

1. The Vodafone Free Friday F1 promotion offers all Promoter customers free Formula 1 sms text alerts (“F1 Alerts”) for the remainder of the Formula 1 season (“Promotion”). To qualify for the Promotion customers will need to ‘opt-in’ as instructed between 0.00 and 23.59 on 02 October 2009 (“Promotional Period”). If customers fail to opt in during the Promotion Period, they will not qualify for the Promotion and standard charges will apply to receive the F1 Alerts.

2. Those customers who have successfully opted-in to the Promotion will receive free F1 Alerts for the rest all four races during the Formula 1 2009 season (namely Singapore 25- 27 September 2009, Japan 02-04 October 2009, Brazil 16 – 18 October 2009 and Abu Dhabi 30 October 2009 – 01 November 2009). There is no limit to the number of F1 Alerts customers may receive during a race which will be sent out at the discretion of Promoter’s content partner, Sky.

3. No cash alternative will be offered.

4. Customers will be removed from the F1 Alerts following the expiry of the Formula 1 2009 season. Customers wanting to continue to receive F1 Alerts will need to re-subscribe for the service where standard charges will apply (see Vodafone.co.uk for more details of charges).

5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
