VODAFONE FREE SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Free SMS Promotion (Promotion) is available to all Vodafone customers in the UK. The Promotion will run from 2pm and 2.59pm on 23rd October 2009 (Promotional Period).

2. Only SMS sent from the UK to standard UK mobiles during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion (Eligible SMS).

3. During the Promotional Period all Eligible SMS used during this time will be free and will not impact any SMS bundles or credit.

4. The Promotion is for private non-commercial use only. No cash alternative will be offered.

5. The Promotion is subject to a fair use limit of 100 SMS during the Promotional Period. If we believe your use is excessive, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you then fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at your price plan's standard rate and/or remove you from the Promotion.

6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
