Terms & Conditions: Vodafone London prize draw

1. Prize draw open to over 18s except employees and agents of Vodafone, their families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Only one entry per person.

3. To enter, simply return your completed form to a participating Vodafone store no later than Friday 5 October. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or not received for any reason.

4. If you’re one of the first five names drawn at random on 10 October 2009, you’ll win BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone with a 12-month contract on a Vodafone Small Business 300 price plan with mobile email pack and Vodafone Sat Nav. Once you exceed the limits of the bundles in the price plan, you will be charged according to the price plan. 6. Five runners up will each receive a Vodafone USB Modem 7.2.

7. USB Modems do not include connection to an airtime agreement.

8. Winners will be notified no later than 19 October 2007 using the mobile phone number or email address provided on their entry form.

9. Prizes are non -transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. For a list of winners’ names send a stamped SAE to Enterprise Business Marketing, Vodafone Limited at the address below before 30 November 2007.

11. By entering this draw, entrants agree to accept these terms and conditions.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
