1. These terms and conditions for Vodafone Roaming Bundles apply only to voice calls made or received outside of the United Kingdom (U.K.) (otherwise known as ‘roaming’) and are only available if you are on an existing Vodafone pay monthly price plan, or if you sign up to any pay monthly price plan at the time you activate your roaming add-on. Vodafone Roaming Bundles are not available to you if you are a Vodafone Passport customer.

2. Eligible calls are any calls made or received outside of the UK (excluding: (i) premium rate and satellite calls; and (ii) calls made using Vodafone Passport).

3. Roaming bundles are available in 60 minute, 120 minute and 500 minute bundles for Europe; Europe and North America; and the World. For details of the countries included in your bundle please see www.vodafone.co.uk/goingabroad. Vodafone Roaming Bundles cannot be shared between connections.

4. Vodafone Roaming Bundle is available on a 30 day minimum contract. Your contract term will roll over to the next month until you terminate (also referred to as a 30 day “opt in and roll”)

(i) If you choose to take Vodafone Roaming Bundles on a 30 day opt-in and roll basis, you will need to contact Vodafone customer services. When you call in you will need to state the size of the bundle and the zone that you wish to take;

(ii) You can only take one bundle per connection in any 30 day period;

(iii) You cannot change your bundle during a 30 day period (either to change minutes or change the zone) but you can upgrade or downgrade your Vodafone Roaming Bundle to a higher bundle or change the zone at the end of any 30 day period;

(iv) If you do not use any of the minutes in your Vodafone Roaming Bundle during the 30 day period, any used minutes will be forfeited at the end of the 30 day period.

General Terms

7. Eligible calls made out of bundle by you are charged in 30 second increments with a minimum call charge equivalent to one minute and will be charged at the rates set out in your standard price plan. Eligible calls received by you are charged per second, with a minimum call charge equivalent to the minimum call charge in your standard price plan.

8. The list of countries in each zone and the status of a network as a Vodafone Preferred Network may be subject to change from time to time. For the latest information see www.vodafone.co.uk/goingabroad.

9. Eligible calls to Toll Free numbers within the visited country will be charged at the applicable zone flat rate price for making a call in that country.

10. Charges for premium rate and satellite calls will vary according to the cost charged by the foreign network operator and exchange rate fluctuations and include minimum charges. A network-handling fee will be applied to these calls.

11. If a call made to you whilst abroad is diverted, you will be charged for receiving and making a call and the duration of the call will count against your inclusive bundle minutes.

If you are on a contract with a target- or minimum- spend requirement, Roaming Bundle charges will not count towards that spend amount.

13. All charges are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

14. Vodafone cannot guarantee access to or coverage within any foreign country. If you are unable to receive access to a Vodafone Preferred Network, you may obtain access to another foreign network operator in that country. If so, you will be charged accordingly.
