Cinema Tickets Promotion Terms

1. The Cinema Tickets Promotion (Promotion) is only open to the recipient of the Business advisor email. The Promotion will run from 22/06/2009 until 31/08/2009 (Promotional Period).

2. To claim your cinema tickets you must book an appointment with your local Vodafone Business Adviser during the Promotional Period. You must bring a copy of the Business advisor email together with some proof of identity into the Vodafone store and hand to the Business Adviser at the time of your meeting.

3. Your Business Adviser will give you a pack of 12 cinema tickets which can be redeemed at Cineworld Cinemas only.

4. The Promotion is for private non-commercial use only. Vodafone will not accept damaged or torn copies of the email.

5. If, in Vodafone’s reasonable opinion, you are abusing the Promotion in any way we may withdraw your right to take part in the Promotion.

6. By participating in the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and any other rules set out on the Business advisor email or other promotional material.

7. The cinema tickets are non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Promoter is not responsible if you are unable to use the cinema tickets for any reason. The Promoter is not responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control which may result in the cancellation of the cinema tickets.

9. By participating in the Promotion you agree that we may use your details to contact you by telephone and email about Vodafone products and services.
