Introduction:

1. Connections include a SIM card and are subject to status and signature and/or acceptance of a customer agreement. The agreement will be for the term as stated in your price plan, or your customer agreement during which time you must pay the line rental and other charges. If you have subscribed to a monthly price plan and start your agreement on any day other than the first of the month then for that month only, we will charge you a proportionate amount of line rental and line rental for the next month in advance. You will receive the same proportion of inclusive data from your data allowance.

2. Prices and information apply for pay monthly services where Vodafone Limited is the Service Provider. Other Service Providers may have different prices and terms.

3. Mobile Broadband price plans are available to approved customers subject to Vodafone’s minimum term contract.

Out of Bundle Price Plans

Specific Terms for Out of Bundle (UK only):

1. If you exceed your monthly data allowance you will be charged in increments of 1GB for any excess use, charged at Vodafone’s standard out of bundle rate for data access.

Specific Terms for Flat Rate (UK only):

1. Inclusive allowances for flat rate Mobile Broadband price plans are subject to fair usage policy, and can be used in the UK only.

2. If you exceed your data allowance we may contact you to recommend an alternative price plan, ask you to moderate your usage or limit your broadband speed. In extreme cases, such as illegal use, we may block access to data services or disconnect you.

Roaming

1. Data access for price plans that include roaming, except for Mobile Broadband Euro Travel and Mobile Broadband Travel, roaming shall be charged at Vodafone’s daily Standard List Price rate for 50 megabytes per calendar day measured from midnight to midnight at GMT/BST. Customers shall be charged an additional daily Standard List Price rate each time Customer’s usage exceeds a further 50 megabytes in such calendar day measured from midnight to midnight at GMT/BST. Standard List Price rates shall be dependant upon whether Customer’s usage is within those areas where Vodafone has a roaming agreement and in accordance with the countries and regions as set out in http://www.abroad.vodafone.co.uk.

2. In extreme cases, such as illegal use, we may block access to data services or disconnect you.

3. Data access abroad is available with selected price plans. For further information about data access while roaming please see ’Using your laptop abroad’ pages at http://www.abroad.vodafone.co.uk

General

1. You can monitor your data usage by checking the usage on the Vodafone Mobile Connect software. Selecting 'help' on the dashboard will provide advice & guidance on how to use this feature. The dashboard is a guide only and does not record data usage in real time. You will be charged the data you use each month as stated in your invoice.

2. If you are on a monthly Mobile Broadband price plan, with the exception of Mobile Broadband Small Business, you may change your price plan free of charge to the one with the next lower monthly cost to your current price plan (if one is available) when you are 9 months into your contract.

3. If you exceed your data allowance we may contact you to recommend an alternative price plan, ask you to moderate your usage or limit your broadband speed. In extreme cases, such as illegal use, we may block access to data services or disconnect you.

4. For contracts on or after 1 July 2009:

An ‘unrestricted’ data or voice price plan or data bundle specifically allows you to use mobile internet for (1) calls over the internet (voice over IP); and/or (2) peer to peer communication services. If you use your mobile internet for (1) and/or (2) above and you are not on an unrestricted data bundle we may do 1 or more of the following:

1)block access to the services; and/or

2)restrict network performance; and/or

3)change you for use at the full published rates as set out at www. Vodafone.co.uk

5. If you are on a netbook or laptop monthly Mobile Broadband price plan, you cannot change to a lower monthly cost price plan during the term of your price plan, but you may upgrade to a higher value monthly plan at any time if one is available.

6. Data charges and line rental will be invoiced on a monthly basis at the end of the month.

7. You cannot rollover any unused allowance into the next charging period.

8. Any out of bundle text messages sent from your Mobile Broadband software will be charged at our standard rate for text messages..
