Web packs and mobile internet costs

It costs less than you think to browse the internet on your phone or check your email. Our web packs save you money if you use mobile internet regularly - and pay as you browse is great if you only go online with your phone occasionally.

    Occasional users

    Pay as you browse costs just 50p for a day - and you only pay on the days you want to browse. Your 50p buys you 25MB (what's a MB?)

    There's nothing to set up to enjoy pay as you browse. You just pay 50p for a day's browsing from the moment you go online with your phone. Your 50p gets you up to 24 hours' use - a day runs from midnight to midnight.

    Don't worry if you go over your 25MB. We'll keep an eye on things for you and let you know your options.

    And you don't have to worry about going over your daily limit. From 1 June 1 2010, we'll text you before you reach 25MB and let you know your options.

    You should also know that you don't automatically pay every day - just on the days you want to browse the web or check your email.

    There are two web packs to choose from. Both give you a huge 500MB (what's a MB?) a month - enough to read and reply to 10,000 emails, download 25 Google maps and read 8,300 BBC News stories.

    Value Pack - £5 a month

    Mobile internet for the life of your price plan. Call 191 from your Vodafone mobile or go to your nearest Vodafone store

    Mobile internet with the freedom to unsubscribe whenever you like - plus your first month free. Call 191 as we'll need to change your price plan. Or visit your nearest Vodafone store.

    Your data limits

    You don't have to worry about going over your 500MB limit. From 1 June 2010, we'll text you before this happens and let you know your options.

    We'll keep an eye on things and let you know your options if it looks like you'll go over your 500MB Flexi or Value Pack limit.

    If you think you'll regularly use more than 500MB a month, you may find tethering is a better option for you. It's especially useful if you often do things like making calls over the internet.
