It brings together your contacts from your mobile, your social networks such as Facebook® and your email and chat accounts like Google Mail™ and Windows Live Messenger™.

There's also a range of other functions too. Like tagging and sharing photos. Plus location and status updates from friends. So you're always instantly connected to your world.

Getting started with Vodafone 360

  • Step 1: Ready to set up a Vodafone 360 account on your phone?

    Before inserting your SIM card in to your new phone, make sure you’ve saved the existing contacts from your old phone to your SIM card.

    Don’t know how to do this? Visit our help centre and follow the step-by-step instruction for your particular phone.

    • Choose the Manufacturers
    • Select the make and model
    • Click Phonebook
    • Then click how do I move all my numbers from my phone to my SIM card
  • Step 2: Creating a Vodafone 360 account on your phone

    It’s simple. Put you SIM card in your phone, switch on your mobile and use the on-screen instructions to select your preferred language and set the time and date.

    Once you’ve done that, you’re ready to create your Vodafone 360 account.

    • Tap on Log in and then choose Sign up
    • Enter a username and password
    • Enter your date of birth
    • Accept the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page
    • Tap the accept button to validate your account

  • Step 3: Adding web accounts and importing SIM contacts

    Your account has now been validated. You’ll be prompted to add contacts from your favourite social networks and chat services, and link your email accounts with your Vodafone 360 account

    • When asked if you want to set up Web accounts, tap yes
    • Scroll through the list. Tap an account type (for example Facebook, Google)
    • Enter your account log in information and tap the check icon
    • Follow the same procedure for every account you want to add

    You’ll then be asked if you want to import your SIM contacts.

    • If you bought your Vodafone 360 mobile in one of our stores, and your SIM contacts have already been transferred to your Vodafone 360 account, tap No
    • If you want to transfer you SIM contacts now, tap Yes
    • You’re now connected on Vodafone 360.

  • Step 4: Merge and manage your contacts online

    • Log in to your online account using your username and password.
    • Click People in the toolbar - you’ll see all your contacts.

    You can merge your contacts so that you only see one entry in your address book for each person. For example, you can merge a friend’s SIM contact details with their Facebook details. To do this.

    • Move your mouse to the contact you wish to merge with another.
    • Click into the box on the contacts details field, their details will load in the right hand preview pane.
    • Select the contact you wish to merge it with. Their details will appear next to them in the preview pane.
    • Click Merge Selected and they’ll be merged into one.
    • This will then by synched with your phone.
